摘　　要：简述了美国加利福尼亚州Aliso Canyon天然气地下储气库泄漏事故的背景及演变过程,重点分析了事故发生后,事发企业、政府部门和第三方辅助机构3个层级的应急响应过程。分析了我国天然气地下储气库建设现状,结合美国应对该事故的经验教训,提出了在天然气储存设施安全管理方面的建议措施。The background and evolution of the Aliso Canyon underground gas storage leak accident in United States is introduced. To analyze three levels＇ emergency response process of enterprises,government departments and third- party assisted agencies. This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of underground gas storage in our country,and gets experiences and lessons of the accident how to response in United States. On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures on underground gas storage facility safety management were finally put forward in our country.
