小剂量地西泮联合莫沙必利在功能性消化不良患儿中应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量地西泮联合莫沙必利在功能性消化不良患儿中的应用效果。方法选择功能性消化不良患儿110例,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,观察组给予小剂量地西泮联合莫沙必利治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者干预前症状积分、胃排空率、血浆胃动素和胃泌素差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组症状积分为(1.13±0.17)分,胃排空率为(76.18±17.29)%;对照组干预后症状积分(2.14±0.46)分,胃排空率为(56.14±13.89)%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组干预后血浆胃动素为(387.31±42.69)ng/L,胃泌素为(58.26±10.01)ng/L;对照组干预后血浆胃动素为(303.76±30.76)ng/L,胃泌素为(39.67±5.79)ng/L,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小剂量地西泮联合莫沙必利应用在功能性消化不良患儿中疗效可靠,能够改善患儿临床症状,提升血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To study the efferts of a small dose of Diazepam combined with Mosapride in the children with functional dyspepsia. Methods One hundred and ten patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Domperidone and the observation group received a small dose of diazepam combined with Mosapride. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in symptom scores,gastric emptying rate,plasma motilin and gastrin between the two groups before the intevention（ P〉0. 05）. There were significant differents between the observation group and the control group in symptom scores[（ 1. 13 ± 0. 17） vs（ 2. 14 ± 0. 46） ponints],gagtric empty rate[（ 76. 18 ± 17. 29） vs（ 56. 14 ± 13. 89） ]%,plasmamotilin[（ 387. 31 ±42. 69） vs（ 303. 76 ± 30. 76） ]ng / L and gastrin[（ 58. 26 ± 10. 01） vs（ 39. 67 ± 5. 79） ]ng / L,P〈0. 01. Conclusion A small dose of Diazepam combined with Mosapride is effective in children with functional dyspepsia. It can improve the clinical symptoms and increase the levels of plasma motilin and serum gastrin in the patients.
