Objective To explore the stability of perfusion parameters by comparing the perfusion parameters between o- riginal images and cutting the half of original images. Methods Totally of 28 cases underwent brain perfusion scan. All pa- tients were scanned with cine scan 1.0 s mode, and were continuous scanning for 50 s. The original images were defined as A group and the group which were cut the half of original images were as B group. The perfusion parameters such as mean transit time (MTT), cerebral blood flow (CBF), and cerebral blood volume (CBV) were measured and compared in the ar- ea of cerebral gray matter, lenticular nucleus and cerebral white matter. Results The MTT were significant lower in A group than B group in the area of cerebral gray matter, lenticular nucleus and cerebral White matter (all P〈0.05) ; the CBF were significant higher in A group than B group in the area of cerebral gray matter, lenticular nucleus and cerebral white matter (all P〈0.05) ; CBV had no statistical significant between A group and B group. Conclusion The different ways of brain perfusion scan would get to different perfusion parameters, especially the MTT and CBF.
