枳实-白芍药对干预肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠的配伍及药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究枳实、白芍不同配比对肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠肠道的影响,探讨枳实-白芍药对干预肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠的配伍及药效学特点。方法:选取48只大鼠,随机平均分为8组,分别采用生理盐水、0.025g/kg匹维溴铵溶液、不同比例枳实-白芍溶液灌胃6 g/kg,对各组大鼠的小肠推进率、粪点数、体重进行比较。结果:不同配比枳实-白芍对肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠排便、体重均有影响。结论:枳实-白芍对肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠具有干预作用。Objective： To explore the changes in the chemical composition of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus- Radix Paeoniae Alba herb-pair, the dose-effect relationship, the change of the pharmacological effects and metabolic mechanisms and compatibility discipline in vivo.Metbod： 48 SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups, they were respectively given normal saline, 0.025 g/kg Pinaverium Bromide solution, irrigation stomach to IBS rats with different compatibility ratio of 6 g/kg, the small intestinal propulsion rates, the amount of defecation in 24 h, weight and intestinal sensitivity were observed as pharmacologic index.Result： It was found that Fructus Aurantii Immaturus-Radix Paeoniae Alba herb-pairs of different compatibility ratio significantly decreased defecation number and increased the growth rate of body weight.Conclusion： Fructus Aurantii Immaturus- Radix Paeoniae Alba has intervention effect on stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency IBS rats.
