外伤性颅骨骨折术后患者行循证护理的临床效果及应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性颅骨骨折术后患者采用循证护理的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选取2014年8月-2015年10月本院收治的外伤性颅骨骨折患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,比较两组住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生情况、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果:观察组住院时间和住院费用均低于对照组,护理后生活质量各项评分高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的15.0%,护理满意度为96.0%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对外伤性颅骨骨折术后患者实施循证护理可有效缩短患者住院时间、减少住院费用,降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者术后生活质量,提升护理满意度,具有较高应用价值。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect and application value of postoperative patients with traumatic skull fracture line of evidence-based nursing.Method： From August 2014 to October 2015, 200 eases of traumatic skull fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, each group had 100 cases.The control group was given clinical routine care and observation group was given evidence-based nursing, two groups of length of hospital stay, hospital expenses, complications, nursing satisfaction rate and life quality scores were compared.Result： The length of hospital stay and hospital expenses of observation group were lower than the control group, the life quality scores after nursing care were higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.0%, lower than 15.0% of control group, nursing satisfaction was 96.0%, significantly higher than 75.0% of control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with traumatic skull fracture surgery can effectively shorten length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalization expenses and the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patients quality of life and nursing satisfaction, it has higher application value.
