Objective: To investigate the relationship between electrocardiogram QT dispersion changes and the degree of hypoxia in neonates with asphyxia.Method: From June 2012 to June 2015, 100 cases of neonates in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group of 30 cases and experimental group of 70 cases according to whether or not choking symptoms, the experimental group was divided into group A of 40 cases and group B of 30 cases by Apgar score, the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme ( CK-MB ) among three groups were detected, the change of QT dispersion was analyzed according to the results of ECG detection.Result: The CK-MB content and ECG QT dispersion of the experimental group A were significantly higher than the control group, the CK-MB content and QT dispersion of the experimental group B were significantly higher than the experimental group A, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The higher degree of hypoxia, the higher level of creatine kinase isoenzyme and ECG QT dispersion are also higher, detect neonatal QT dispersion is able to assess the neonatal hypoxia, it is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment of children's disease.
