摘 要:目的:分析丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染与抗核抗体(ANA)谱阳性率的关系。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年12月本院诊断的130例HCV患者作为HCV组,另择40例排除自身免疫性疾病和肝炎病毒感染的健康人群作为对照组,比较两组患者的ANA抗体阳性率和ANA抗体分布情况。结果:HCV组的ANA总阳性率为48.46%,明显高于对照组的12.50%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中HCV组1种ANA抗体阳性49例、2种11例、≥3种3例。结论:HCV感染患者的ANA抗体阳性表达率显著升高。Objective: To analyze the relationship between the severity of hepatitis C virus ( HCV ) infection and the positive rate of anti nuclear antibody ( ANA ) spectrum.Method: From January 2014 to December 2015, 130 cases of HCV infection were selected as the HCV group, 40 healthy people who ruled out autoimmune disease and hepatitis virus infection were selected as the control group, the positive rate of ANA antibody and the distribution of ANA antibody in two groups were compared.Result: The total positive rate of ANA in HCV group was 48.46%, which was significantly higher than 12.50% of control group, the differences was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .In HCV group, 1 ANA antibody positive in 49 cases, 2 kinds of ANA antibody positive in 11 eases, more than 3 kinds of ANA antibody positive in 3 eases.Conclusion: The positive expression rate of ANA antibody spectrum is significantly increased in HCV infected patients.
