慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭应用贝那普利治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭应用贝那普利治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2013年5月-2015年5月本院收治的60例慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规方式进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用贝那普利进行治疗,两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:对照组治疗总有效21例,总有效率为70.0%,治疗组总有效28例,总有效率为93.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应率为6.7%,对照组不良反应率为13.3%,治疗组的不良反应率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组满意18例,满意率为60.0%,治疗组满意25例,满意率为83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的ICU住院时间(25.0±2.5)d,对照组患者的ICU住院时间(30.5±2.9)d,治疗组的住院时间明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利在治疗慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭中优势显著,能减少临床不良反应,患者对该治疗方式满意度比较高,值得临床推广和应用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Benazepril therapy on chronic cor pulmonale complicated by heart failure.Method： 60 patients of chronic eor pulmonale complicated with heart failure were selected in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 as the research objects, they were divided into control group and treatment group, 30 eases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group was given Benazepril treatment on the basis of control group, the treatment effects of two groups were analyzed.Result： The total effective of control group were 21 cases, the rate was 70.0%, while treatment group were 28 cases （ 93.3% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Adverse reaction rate of treatment group was 6.7%, control group of that was 13.3%, the adverse reaction rate of treatment group was obviously lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Patients＇ satisfaction of control group were 18 cases （ 60.0% ）, satisfied with the number of of treatment group of that were 25 eases （ 83.3% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The ICU length of hospital stay of treatment group was （ 25.0 ± 2.5 ） d, control group of that was （ 30.5 ± 2.9 ） d, length of hospital stay in treatment group was obviously less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The Benazepril treatment has significant advantages of chronic cor pulmonale complicated by heart failure, it can reduce clinical adverse reactions, patients of the treatment satisfaction is higher, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
