分泌性磷脂酶A2在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分泌性磷脂酶A2在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法以本院50例急性心肌梗死患者为观察组,小面积梗死10例,中面积梗死28例,大面积梗死12例,30例健康志愿者为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组分泌性磷脂酶A2,将其同肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I、超敏C反应蛋白水平进行比较。结果观察组分泌性磷脂酶A2水平明显高于对照组,同肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I、超敏C反应蛋白水平呈正相关。观察组中心肌梗死面积越大,分泌性磷脂酶A2水平越高。结论分泌性磷脂酶A2同急性心肌梗死关系密切,对病情的预测有较高的指导意义。Objective To investigate the application value of secretory phospholipase A2 in diagnosis of acute myo- cardial infarction. Methods 50 cases patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the observation group in our hospital. 10 cases of small area infarction,28 cases of infarction area 28 cases,12 cases of large area cerebral infarction. 30 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as control group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method was used to detect secretory phospholipase A2 of two groups. The creatine kinase enzyme,troponin I,high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were compared with secretory phospholipase A2. Results Secretory phospholipase A2 of the observation group level was significantly higher than that of the control group. The secretory phospholipase A2 had posi tively relation with CK-MB,troponin I, high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels. The observation group of myocardial infarction area was larger,the secretion of phospholipid lipase A2 level was higher. Conclusion Conclusion：Secretory phospholipase A2 with acute myocardial infarction are closely related, which has high significance to predict the disease.
