摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、环氧树脂为主要原料,通过异氰酸酯基和羟基的加聚反应合成了环氧树脂-有机硅复合改性水性聚氨酯。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征了其结构,并研究了环氧树脂用量对固化膜热性能和力学性能的影响,有机硅用量对固化膜耐水性能的影响。结果表明:环氧树脂-有机硅复合改性的水性聚氨酯固化膜的耐水性能和耐热性能提高,力学性能也有改善,附着力保持1级且硬度等级最高可达3 H。Epoxy resin-organic silicon composite modified waterborne polyurethane(WPU-Si)is synthesized by polyaddition reaction with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), hydroxyl-ending polydimethyl siloxane(PDMS),polypropylene glycol(PPG),dimethlolpropionic acid(DMPA) and epoxy resin in sequence. The structure of the modified resin is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The influences of dosages of the epoxy resin and organic silicon on mechanical properties, thermal stability and water resistance of the cured film made from WPU-Si are studied respectively. The results indicate that the thermal resistance and water resistance of the modified cured film are improved as well as its mechanical properties. The adhesion strength of the film is kept in level1 and hardness grade is as high as3H.
