保守治疗与宫腹腔镜联合治疗在剖宫产后子宫憩室患者中的应用价值比较

摘　　要：目的观察及比较保守治疗与宫腹腔镜联合治疗在剖宫产后子宫憩室患者中的应用价值。方法选取2013年5月-2015年6月于本院进行治疗的54例剖宫产后子宫憩室患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组（保守治疗组）27例和B组（宫腹腔镜联合治疗组）27例,然后将两组患者中不同严重程度者的治疗总优良率、治疗前及治疗后不同时间的经期时长、憩室宽度及憩室深度比较。结果 B组中不同严重程度者的治疗总优良率均高于A组,治疗后不同时间的经期时长、憩室宽度及憩室深度均优于A组（P均〈0.05）,两组间均有显著性差异。结论保守治疗与宫腹腔镜联合治疗在剖宫产后子宫憩室患者中的应用效果均较好,其中宫腔腹腔镜联合治疗的应用价值相对更高。Objective To observe and compare the application value of conservative treatment and laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with uterine diverticulum after cesarean section. Methods 54 patients with uterine diverticulum after cesarean section in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into group A（conservative treatment group） and group B（laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment group）with 27 cases in each,then the total excellent rate of treatment in two groups of patients with different severity,the menstrual period length,diverticulum width and diverticulum depth before the treatment and different time after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total excellent rates of group B with different severity were all higher than those of group A,the menstrual period length,diverticulum width and diverticulum depth at different time after the treatment were all better than those of group A（all P〈0.05）,the differences of two groups were all significant. Conclusion The application effect of conservative treatment and laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment in the treatment of patients with uterine diverticulum after cesarean section were good,while the application value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment was relatively higher.
