优质护理在体检采血后对穿刺点按压方式的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究优质护理在体检采血后对穿刺点按压方式的应用效果。方法择取我院2014年1月30日-2015年1月31日400例体检者作为本次的研究对象,随机分为两组,分别为常规组与实验组,每组体检对象均占据200例。均收集两组体检者的静脉血液,并对常规组与实验组分别不同的按压方式提供护理服务。结果实验组患者出现血肿或者瘀斑的人数明显少于常规组,出现血肿或瘀斑的程度也相对较轻微（P〈0.05）;实验组对护理服务的满意度为99.0%,常规组为88.5%,比较组间数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对体检者进行采血后应采用合理的按压方式对穿刺点进行按压,并给予优质的护理服务,可明显减少血肿或者瘀斑的发生率,提高护理质量,护理满意度高,值得推荐采纳。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing on puncture point pressing method after blood collection in physical examination. Methods 400 physical examination persons from January 30, 2014 to January 31, 2015 in my hospital were selected as the research objects this time, who were randomly divided into two groups of the conventional group and the experimental group respectively, 200 cases in each group. The venous blood of the two groups was both collected, and the routine group and experimental group respectively were provided nursing service in different pressing manners. Results In the experimental group, the number of patients with hematoma or ecchymosis was significantly less than that of the routine group, the degree of hematoma or ecchymosis was relatively minor than that of the routine group（P〈0.05）. The nursing service satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 99.0%, while the nursing service satisfaction rate of the routine group was 88.5%, the data difference of the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After blood sampling for physical examination persons, adopting reasonable pressing manner on puncture point was to press, give high-quality nursing service, obviously reduce the incidence rate of hematoma or ecchymosis, and improve the nursing quality, the nursing satisfaction was high, which deserved to be recommend and adopted.
