摘  要:用微波消解-双道原子荧光法同时测定青城山天鹅菜、野芹菜、竹叶菜、青蒿、白蒿五种野菜中的硒和碲。样品经硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解后,在盐酸介质中,以硫脲为预还原剂,硼氢化钾为还原剂,采用双道原子荧光法测定。在最佳条件下,仪器对硒和碲的检出限分别为0.17 ng/m L和0.10 ng/m L;RSD分别为1.5%和1.6%;回收率分别为96.0%~104.0%和93.0%~101.0%;线性范围均为0~400 ng/m L。五种野菜不同器官硒含量范围为20.4~52.6 ng/g,平均硒含量高低顺序为白蒿〉竹叶菜=野芹菜〉天鹅菜〉青蒿;碲含量范围为18.0~55.6 ng/g,平均碲含量高低顺序为白蒿〉竹叶菜〉青蒿〉野芹菜〉天鹅菜。硒、碲(除白蒿外)含量均服从以下规律:根〉茎〉叶。Microwave digestion- dualchannel atomic fluorescence determination selenium and tellurium were used in five kinds of wild herb from qingcheng Mountain,Swan food,smallage,bengal dayflower herb,artemisia carvifolia,artemisia stelleriana at the same time. After samples were digested by nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,selenium and tellurium in wild herbs from Qingcheng Mountain were simultaneously determined in HCl by dual channel- atomic fluorescence spectrometry with thiourea as pre- reductant and potassium borohydride as reductant. Under optimal conditions,the detection limits of selenium and tellurium were 0. 17 ng / m L and 0. 10 ng / m L,RSD were 1. 5% and1. 6%,respectively,both were less than 5%,the recovery rate of Se and Te were 96. 0% ~ 104. 0% and 93. 0% ~101. 0%,respectively. The linear range was 0 ~ 400 ng / m L. Five kinds of wild vegetables were in different organs of selenium content range of 20. 4 ~ 52. 6 ng / g,the average high and low selenium content was in the order of artemisia stelleriana bengal dayflower herb = smallage swan food artemisia carvifolia. Five kinds of wild vegetables were in different organs of tellurium content range of 18. 0 ~ 55. 6 ng / g,the average high and low tellurium content was in the order of artemisia stelleriana bengal dayflower herb artemisia stelleriana smallage swan food. Selenium,tellurium( except Artemisia stelleriana) content both obeyed the following rules: root stem leaf.
