通过竞赛培养大学生化工设计能力的实践和启示

摘　　要：介绍了组织学生参加"中国石化-三井化学杯"全国大学生化工设计比赛的过程,总结了学生和指导老师对参赛的收获和体会。通过参加比赛,学生的化工设计能力得到了提高,教师的教学质量得到了提升。在指导学生完成作品的同时,找到了现有人才培养方案中存在的不足,并及时进行了讨论和修订。实践表明,以完成任务为导向,通过"做中学",有利于提高学生的学生积极性,有利于形成良好的学习风气。Activities in the mobilization and organization of students for taking part in the National College Students Chemical Engineering Design Contest ＂Sinopec-mitsui Cup＂ were reported, and the gains of both students and tutors in the competition were summed. It showed that the contest was beneficial to the improvement of the capability of students in the chemical engineering design and the teaching efficiency and quality of teachers. In the process of instruction, it was also found the deficiencies in our existing talent cultivating program, and then made proper amendments. It proved that stratagems through mission-driven and learning by doing were helpful for the improvement of students＇ interests in their studies and the cultivation of good atmosphere of learning in the campus.
