摘　　要：目的探讨INH预防HIV/AIDS患者发生结核病的效果与治疗起始CD_4^+T淋巴细胞水平的相关性,以及不同用药疗程的预防效果。方法将符合纳入条件的HIV/AIDS患者214例随机分成治疗组150例(A组52例,INH疗程6个月;B组50例,疗程12个月;C组48例,疗程18个月)和对照组64例(不给予INH治疗)。结果治疗组发生4例(7.77%)结核病,其中A组3例,B组1例;对照组发生7例(10.94%)结核病;两组的结核病发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组药物不良反应发生率为12.00%。结论 INH对预防HIV/AIDS患者发生结核病具有很好的效果,不同疗程的预防效果无差异,INH的预防作用主要是在用药期间,停药后这种预防作用可能会逐渐减弱或消失。Objective To explore the correlation between the effect of preventing HIV/AIDS patients from tuberculosis by isonicotonyl hydrazide （1NH） and the CD4＋ T lymphocyte level at the beginning of treatment, as well as the prevention effects of different courses of treatment. Methods A total of 214 cases of HIV/AIDS patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group （n =150） and control group （n = 64）. The treatment group was given tuberculosis-preventive treatment by INH, in which, 52 cases of group A were treated for 6 months, 50 cases of group B were treated for 12 months, and 48 cases of group C were treated for 18 months. The control group did not received INH treatment. Results Four cases （7.77%） of tuberculosis were found in treatment group; among them, 3 cases were in group A, and 1 case was in group B; 7 cases （10.94%） of tuberculosis were found in control group, higher than 7.77c7~Of treatment group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of treatment group was 12.00%. Conclusions INH has good effect to prevent HIV/AIDS patients from tuberculosis, and there is no difference in prevention effect of different courses of treatment. The preventive effect of INH mainly works during medication period, and this kind of preventive effect may gradually weaken or disappear after stopping the medicine.
