摘 要:以某抛光机床身为研究对象,对床身静态、动态特性进行了研究。运用Solid Works 2013建立了床身三维简化模型,并利用其Simulation模块首先对床身支承筋位置进行了优化,在此基础上以支承筋开孔的位置、高度、宽度为设计变量,添加位移、频率约束,对床身进行了优化仿真分析,确定出最优化设计方案。结果表明:在几乎不改变床身质量情况下,优化后床身的静态变形减小了19.56%,1阶频率提高了7.1%,为后续床身的设计和改造提供了可靠的依据。Taking the polishing machine bed structure as the research object, its static and dynamic characteristics were studied. The 3D simplified bed model was established using Solid Works 2013. The optimization was performed on the bed supporting rib's position using Solid Works2013 Simulation module firstly. Then, the position, height and width of the rib hole were set as the variables. The optimization simulation analysis was performed on the machine tool bed with the constraints of displacement and frequency to determine the optimal design plan. The optimized results showed that the static deformation of the bed reduced by 19.56% and the first-order frequency increased by 7.1% while the mass of the bed was almost not changed. It provided reliable theoretical basis for the following design of the bed structure.
