摘　　要：涉农企业是发展循环型农业的重要行为主体,当前涉农企业综合效率偏低,制约我国循环型农业的发展。通过问卷调查,对黑龙江省39家典型龙头涉农企业发展循环型农业的综合效率进行实证研究,模型结果显示:企业规模、科技创新、资源投入及产业布局是影响涉农企业发展循环型农业的重要因素。为此,提出提高产业集中度、加快科技创新、改变粗放的资源投入模式等提高涉农企业发展循环型农业综合效率的建议。Agriculture -related enterprises are an important behavioral subject for the development of circular agriculture, but their current low overall efficiency restrains the development of the latter. Based on a questionnaire, this paper makes an empirical study of the overall efficiency of 39 leading agriculture - related enterprises in Helongjiang Province. The mod- el result indicates that the size of the enterprise, the degree of its innovation, the amount of its resource input, and the lay- out of the enterprise constitute the major factors of such enterprises. The paper thus proposes that in order to raise the over- all efficiency of these enterprises for the development of circular agriculture, it is necessary to increase the level of industrial concentration, enhance technological innovation, and to change the mode of an extensive resource input.
