摘　　要：针对多方参与、评价指标有差异且存在模糊性的方案优选问题,提出一种基于模糊软集的决策方法。首先,在各方评价信息的基础上,应用模糊软集的"与"算子获得满足决策者对参数要求的决策信息,并用综合约简模糊软集表达;在此基础上,提出一种应用3种不同决策规则的方法来获得相应的最满意候选方案;最后,给出具体的决策过程,并通过数值算例验证该方法的可行性和有效性。The paper aims to propose a method to solve selecting alternatives problems with multiple reviewers based on fuzzy soft set. It firstly needs to get the comprehensive decision making information satisfying the requirement of policy makers, which comes true by applying ＂and＂ operator of fuzzy soft set from the evaluation information of the different parties. On the basis of the comprehensive decision making information expressed by fuzzy soft set, we proposed a concrete algo- rithm based on three different decision rules to get the most satisfied with the candidate. Finally, an example and some con- sistency discussions of the result have been verified to test the feasibility and effectiveness.
