摘　　要：本文在借鉴上海、广东及天津自贸试验区创新举措的基础上,提出厦门建设对台金融合作发展示范基地的策略:可将产业资金、科技金融、融资租赁、跨境电商以及互联网金融纳入到示范基地中来;加强金融服务功能合作,建设金融业发展制高点;加强金融配套服务合作,营造金融生态圈发展新局面。With the continuous advance of national strategies, such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the fi- nancial cooperation between Xiamen and Taiwan will enter into a new stage. On the basis of drawing lessons from the innovation initiatives of Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin Free Trade Zone, this paper proposes the fol- lowing implementation strategies to construct Xia-Tai Financial Cooperation Demonstration Base： incorporating the industrial funds, technology and finance, financial leasing, cross-border electronic commerce and internet fi- nance into the construction of Demonstration Base, and enhancing the FTZ＇s financial services function; strengthening the cooperation in financial services, and constructing the commanding point of financial industry; enhancing the cooperation in financial support services, and creating a new situation in the development of finan- cial ecosystem.
