摘 要:针对CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道的沉降,提出快速修复的抬板叠灌法,并采用现场试验与仿真分析相结合的方法,研究叠灌法的快硬CA砂浆性能、灌注工艺。结果表明:快硬CA砂浆的有机—无机组成比例与充填层的原有CA砂浆一致,2h抗压强度达0.2MPa;经80m泵送前后的性能无明显变化,质量稳定;泵送灌注在1min内可快速充填饱满厚度为10mm的薄层板腔,大幅节省抬板维修时间;灌注的快硬CA砂浆的受力和位移均能够达到使用标准,有利于减轻由温度梯度造成的砂浆伤损;抬板叠灌法快速修复板式轨道沉降是可靠的。In view of the subgrade settlement of CRTS Ⅰ slab ballastless track,the plate-lift filling double-layer mortar technology for rapidly restoring slab track structure was proposed.With the combination of field test and simulation analysis,the quick construction process and the performance of rapidhardening CA mortar for filling double-layer mortar were studied.The results show that the composition ratio of organic to inorganic material in rapid-hardening CA mortar agrees well with the ratio in the former CA mortar,and the 2hcompressive strength is 0.2MPa.The Performance of rapid-hardening CA mortar has no obvious change before and after pumping 80 mand the quality is stable.The rapid-hardening CA mortar can quickly fill the thin-layer cavity with the thickness of 10 mm by pumping construction directly in 1min,and can save much time for plate-lift maintenance.Through the analysis of theoretical model,the structure stress and displacement of rapid-hardening CA mortar can meet application standards,and helps to reduce the damage of CA mortar cushion layer caused by temperature gradient.The rapid restoration technology for the subgrade settlement of slab track by plate-lift filling double-layer mortar is reliable.
