摘 要:针对残疾人远距离出行不便,设计了残疾人无缝对接系统。残疾人乘坐轮椅通过轮椅举升装置进入汽车驾驶室,由轮椅代替驾驶座椅,实现驾车远距离出行。为了验证系统工作的稳定性,建立基于ADAMS的虚拟样机模型,对轮椅举升装置工作过程进行动态仿真,结果表明此系统工作稳定可靠。基于Opti Struct对主要部件进行拓扑优化设计,得到了理想的轻量化结构。Seamless docking system was designed to solve the long-range travel for disabled people. Through the wheelchair lifting device, disabled people who in wheelchair could be pedaled into the cab instead of the driver' s seat, driving long-distance travel demand was achieved. In order to verify the stability of the system, a virtual prototype model was established and the dynamic simulation was analyzed by ADAMS software. The results show that the system is reliable. Topological optimization technology was applied to the main components of the pedaling lifting system, by which an ideal structure of lightweight was gotten.
