摘　　要：本文借助软件结构图及统一建模语言,分析设计知识产权交易平台功能及业务流程,主要功能有信息发布、知识产权展示、信托交易及转化交易。首先用例图分系统管理员、产权方、受托方等角色展现系统用户及功能权限,其次软件结构图从整体上展现软件功能及功能间调用关系,知识产权超市、单位/个人信息管理、信托交易及转化交易模块内部处理逻辑用流程图表示。这样,知识产权管理流程信息化可及时了解最新发明成果,提高其转化利用价值,间接提高工作效率,同时对知识产权保护起到一定的作用。By using the software structure diagram and unified modeling language, the paper analyzes and designs the functionalities and business process of the transaction platform of the intellectual property, including information publishing, intellectual property display, trust transactions and transfer transactions. Firstly, the paper analyzes the roles of system administrator, property owner and trustees with the use case diagram, showing permissions of system users and functions. Secondly, the paper shows the software functions and the function call relationship with the software structure, the internal processing logic of the function blocks of the intellectual property supermarket, organizational/personal information management, trust transaction and transfer transaction with the flow chart. This intellectual property management can process information with timely understanding of the latest inventions, so as to improve their conversion and utilization value as well as the efficiency of work. At the same time, the platform plays a certain role in the protection of the intellectual property.
