摘　　要：目前,计算机网络已被应用到社会的各个领域。由于我国城镇化步伐加快,必将涌现越来越多的居民区,所以在居民区内建设一个小区网是信息化发展的必然选择。而小区网是一个非常庞大而复杂的系统,它不仅为现代化住宅、综合信息管理等一系列应用提供基本操作平台,而且能提供多种应用服务,使信息能及时、准确地传送给各个系统。本文以馨悦小区为例,对小区的计算机局域网络建设过程可能用到的各种设备、技术和实施方案以及小区网络的设计思路、网络技术作了一些研究,为小区网络建设提供一定的理论依据。The computer network has been applied to all fields of the society, such as the local area network in enterprises and in residential districts. As a result of the accelerated pace of urbanization in China, the increasingly emerging residential areas demand for the construction of community networks. As a huge and complicated system, community network is not only a basic operating platform for modern residential and integrated information management, but also provides a wide range of application so that the information can timely and accurately transmitted to various systems. By taking the Xinyue Residence as an example, the paper researches a variety of equipment, technology and the implementation as well as the design and network technology that may be used in its LAN construction, providing certain theory basis for the construction of residential network.
