摘 要:本文以2015年江西省地级市为研究对象,首先采用因子分析法对投入产出指标进行筛选,确定投入产出公共因子,并对公共因子进行正向化处理,然后采用DEA模型考察科普投入产出效率。研究发现,江西省科普投入产出综合效率偏低,科普投入资源浪费严重,导致这种现象的主要原因一是部分地区科普投入纯技术效率低下,二是部分地区规模效率不高,规模报酬呈现递减趋势。This article is based on science popularization input and output data from cities in Jiangxi Province in 2015.Firstly, by using the factor analysis, the paper selects the input and output indexes to determine the public factors of the input and output. Then the paper positively treats the public factors and investigates the input/output efficiency of science popularization by using the DEA model. The study finds that: the comprehensive input/output efficiency of science popularization is low in Jiangxi Province, and the popular science resources are wasted seriously. This phenomenon is caused by a relatively low pure technical efficiency of the science popularization input, as well as by the low scale efficiency in certain cities and the decreasing tendency of scale reward.
