摘 要:永磁齿轮是一种新型无接触式传动机构,可以实现齿轮之间的完全隔离,能消除噪音,不需要特殊的维护和润滑,还具有低起动转矩和过载自保护功能等优点。在磁性材料不断发展的今天,永磁齿轮在很多领域都将有很好的应用远景。本文以主动轮和从动轮组成的传动系统为简化模型,分别研究了两个齿轮极距不相等,磁极极距不相等以及改变磁钢形状时,传动系统的工作稳定性以及对输出转矩的影响。这些特殊的耦合问题的研究,对促进永磁齿轮的工程应用具有很好的参考价值。As a new non-contact transmission mechanism,magnetic permanent gears( MPG) have advantages of complete isolation between different gears,noise abatement,freedom from lubrication and maintenance,low starting torque and auto-protection against overload in comparison with the traditional mechanical gearboxes.Nowadays magnetic materials are constantly developing,providing permanent magnet gearbox better application prospects in many areas. In this paper,a driving system composed of a driver and a driven gear was selected as the model to be studied,and its working stability and influence of some special parameters on transmitted torque were analyzed respectively. The special aspects include the polar distance of the driver was unequal to that of the driven gear,the polar distance of north magnetic pole was different from that of south magnetic pole on the driven gear,and the effects of different magnetic steel shape. The researches on these special problems of magnetic coupling are valuable to the engineering application of permanent magnet gears.
