摘　　要：专业技术实践教学对学生实践创新能力的培养具有显著优势。在钻井装备实训教学中,以培养大学生实践创新能力为目的,通过编制合理的教学内容体系、改革教学方法、优化教学资源配置、改革成绩评定方法,构建了功能完备的实训教学体系并取得了良好的教学效果。Professional practice teaching has significant advantages for cultivating students＇ practice and innovation abilities. In order to cultivate students＇ practical innovation ability, we constructed a fully functional training teaching system of drilling equipmnt through establishing a reasonable teaching content system, reforming teaching methods, optimizing the allocation of teaching resources and reforming performance evaluation methods, and has obtained a good teaching effect.
