摘　　要：目的:探讨用DNA倍体联合宫颈液基细胞学检测与单纯宫颈液基细胞学检测对宫颈上皮内瘤样变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)进行筛查的对比。方法:连续2年对同样559名妇女进行宫颈刷取材,2014年单纯宫颈液基细胞学检测,2015年除进行宫颈液基细胞学检测,同时做DNA倍体测定,对检测结果异常人群进行阴道镜检测及组织活检,分析两种方法对CIN进行筛查的意义。结果:DNA倍体联合宫颈液基细胞学检测比单纯宫颈液基细胞学检测宫颈上皮内瘤样变筛查的阳性率高。结论:DNA倍体联合宫颈液基细胞学检测,能提高CIN筛查的检出率和特异性。Objective： To discuss the screening results of DNA ploidy combined with cervical liquid based cytology test and simple cervical liquid based cytology test for the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Method：For two consecutive years, the same cervical brush based on 565 women were done. They were the simple cervical liquid based cytology test in 2014, and in 2015 except for cervical liquid based cytology for detection at the same time, DNA ploidy analisis was detected. The colposcopy and tissue biopsy were carried out with the result of one item or more abnormal crowd detection. The meaning of the two methods of screening for CIN was analzed. Results：The positive rate of DNA ploidy combined with cervical liquid based cytology test was higher than that of simple cervical liquid based cytology test for the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Conclusion：The detection of DNA ploidy combined with cervical liquid based cytology test can improve the detection rate and the specificity of CIN screening.
