摘　　要：战略联盟对企业的发展具有重要的战略意义,是企业全球化战略的必然选择。在经济全球化和科学技术飞速发展的时代下,跨国公司面临着国内外激烈的市场竞争。为了生存,同时也是为了增强自身的实力,许多公司选择强强联手,积极组建战略联盟。文章从战略联盟的概念、特征、形成的动因着手,详细分析了跨国战略联盟的优势,进而探讨了形成竞争优势的途径。The strategic alliance has important strategic significance for the development of enterprise.It is the inevitable choice for corporate globalization strategy.In the economic globalization and rapid development era of science and technology,transnational corporations are facing with fierce competition in domestic and abroad markets.In order to survive and enhance its strength and ability to withstand risks,transnational corporations choose to cooperate with each other in succession and to establish actively strategic alliances.Start from introduction of the definition,characteristics and forming reasons of strategic alliance,this paper analyzed in detail the advantages of multinational strategic alliance.Furthermore,it discusses some approaches to acquire competitive advantages.
