摘 要:以石蜡为相变材料,膨胀石墨为基体材料,采用熔融混合法制备不同配比的膨胀石墨/石蜡复合相变蓄热材料并压制成形。对制备的复合相变材料进行物相分析及结构和热性能表征,并考察了定形复合相变材料的热稳定性。测试结果表明,采用该方法制备的复合相变材料没有新物质生成,性质稳定。当未定形的相变材料中膨胀石墨的含量达到10%时,石蜡吸附完全,相变潜热最大。通过对定形复合相变材料进行热循环实验,发现当膨胀石墨含量为30%时,石蜡不易渗出,循环热稳定性好,具有应用价值。A series of shape-stabilized expanded graphite/paraffin composite phase change heat storage materials with different proportion were prepared by melt mixing method in this paper,using paraffin as phase change materials and expanded graphite as matrix.The phase analyses,structure and thermal characterizations of those composite phase change materials were conducted,and their thermal stabilities were also examined.The results showed that the composite phase change materials prepared by the proposed method had no new substance and stable chemical properties.When expanded graphite content in the non-shape stabilized composite phase change material reached 10%,paraffin was absolutely adsorbed,and the optimum thermal storage performance of the composite PCM could be obtained.The experiment also found that when the shape-stabilized composite material contained 30% expanded graphite,the seeping of paraffin was mitigated,which resulted in a satisfactory thermal stability and application potential.
