摘　　要：目的:基于健康知识宣讲的教学实践进一步探索培养中西医临床医学人才的有效途径,为中西医临床医学专业学生能力培养提供参考依据。方法:将健康知识宣讲教学引入中西医临床医学人才培养体系,优化人才培养模式。通过对参与健康宣讲教学实践学生回访调查研究,了解教学效果。结果:通过对教学目标的制定,教学方案的实施,健康知识宣讲教学实践使学生创新素养与创新能力明显增强,综合成绩提高。结论:大学生健康知识宣讲的教学实践探索对学生专业素质与实践能力的培养有促进作用,是优化中西医结合医学人才培养模式的有效途径。Objective： To further explore effective ways to cultivate students majoring in Chinese and Western clinical medicine based on the teaching practice of health knowledge preaching,and provide references for ability training of students majoring in Chinese and Western clinical medicine.Method： To optimize the model of talent cultivation by introducing health knowledge preaching to the cultivation system of talents majoring in Chinese and Western clinical medicine.To learn about the teaching effect through the investigation and research of students involving in it.Result： Through the formulation of teaching aims,the implementation of teaching plans and the teaching practice of health knowledge preaching,the innovative quality and ability of students is significantly improved and their overall performance is also improved.Conclusion： The exploration on the teaching practice of health knowledge preaching plays a role in promoting the cultivation of students＇ professional quality and practical ability,so it is an effective way to cultivate students majoring in Chinese and Western clinical medicine.
