高校留学生校院两级管理机制下教务管理模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：近年来,来华留学生的规模不断扩大,留学生教育事业的发展提升了学校的国际化办学水平,推动了学校的国际化进程。在留学生的教学管理过程中,应根据学校留学生教育的发展情况适时调整留学生的管理体制。山东大学威海校区实行留学生校院两级管理体制。在此体制下,为适应留学生培养的复杂性和特殊性,并满足趋同化管理要求,摸索出了新的留学生与中国学生教务管理体系相融合的一体化的教务管理模式。In recent years,students have been expanding in China,which not only enhances the international education level,but promotes the internationalization of universities.In the process of teaching management of foreign students,the management system should be adjusted according to the development of the current education.University and college educational co-management is utilized in Shandong University at Weihai.In order to adapt to the complexity and particularity of student training and to meet the convergence requirements,we constructed a new foreign student educational management model when they are together with Chinese students.
