摘　　要：随着智能手机的广泛普及和移动互联网技术的迅猛发展,手机已经成为现代人的生活必需品和重要的精神伴侣,承担着越来越多的社会功能,并潜移默化地影响着人们的行为方式和生活习惯。大学生作为祖国未来事业的建设者和接班人,如果在大好的青春年华徘徊于书籍海洋之外、沉溺于手机方盒子之中,终将虚度光阴、抱憾一生。教育大学生合理使用手机,倡导青年学子"抬起头来",不仅是对学生的负责,体现了对知识的尊重,更是对国家未来的责任担当。With the popularity of smartphones and the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,mobile phones have become a necessity and important spiritual companion of modern people,assuming more and more social functions and subtly influencing people＇s ways of behavior and habits of life.As the builders and successors of our motherland＇s cause,university students will idle away their time and regret for the past if they are addicted to mobile phones and wander off the sea of books.To guide university students to use mobile phones moderately is not only to make them respect knowledge and responsible for themselves,but also to let them realize their responsibility for the nation＇s future.
