摘　　要：高校培养学生的最终目的是让学生通过在校的学习和实践,实现自己的职业目标。大学生党建工作可培养提升大学生党员的综合素质,故高校党建工作与学生就业指导工作有密切的联系。因此,高校学生党建与就业工作的共促机制建设十分重要。本文首先探讨党建与就业共促进机制建设的基础,分析当前党建工作与学生就业工作的双促进作用,并通过学生党建与就业工作的共促机制建设,让党建和就业工作再上新台阶。The ultimate aim of student cultivation is to help them realize their career goals through learning and practice at school.University students＇ Party construction work can cultivate and improve student Party members＇ comprehensive quality,so university Party construction work is bound up with students＇ employment guidance.Therefore,it is important to construct a mutual promotion mechanism between students＇ Party construction and employment work.This paper first explores the foundation for the mutual promotion mechanism construction and analyzes its role,in order to promote the new development of both of them.
