摘　　要：本文以复旦大学枫林校区为例,研究当前研究生的入党动机,从研究生入党积极分子着手开展实证研究,扎实讨论目前研究生的思想动态。深入探讨研究生党员的基层发展和培养过程,最终落脚在研究生的育人工作,使我们的党建工作真正做到成熟一个发展一个,同时也不遗漏任何一个对我党有着忠诚信念的优秀青年。With Fenglin Campus of Fudan University as the example,this paper researches the current postgraduates＇ motives for joining the Party,and discusses the current postgraduates＇ ideological trends starting from postgraduate activists who want to join the Party.This paper also further explores the grassroots development and cultivation of postgraduate Party members as well as postgraduate education,in order to make every effort to improve our Party construction,and take every aspiring youth with adamant belief in our Party into consideration.
