摘 要:针对均匀布置的辐射热源且被辐射面形状规则、表面平整的条件,建立高度和加热速率之间的数学模型,推导经验公式。分别针对无光线叠加和存在光线叠加两种情况进行讨论,得出不同的经验公式。同时进行数值仿真和搭建实验平台,对数学模型进行验证。结果显示处在最优解区域的加热速率明显高于区域之外。The height of the temperature is one of the main factors influencing the heating rate when using artificial light source for thermal radiation effect simulation. Current researches indicate that the optimal height of the heating rate which influence radiation heat source were difficult to determine. This paper aims to find mathematical model in between radiation heat source, radiated smooth surface, and regular shape. The paper also aims to develop an empirical formula for the height of the temperature and the heating rate. Two different conditions, with or without light superposition were analyzed and that resulted different empirical formulae. At the same time, numerical simulation and experimental platform were set up to test mathematical model. The results showed that the heating rate in optimal solution region was significantly higher than that outside the region which has a guiding significance for engineering applications.
