优质护理管理服务在医院临床工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理管理服务在医院临床治疗中的实际应用效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年9月在我院接受治疗并住院的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例,实验组采用优质护理管理服务,对照组采用常规护理服务,对比并分析两组患者经过相应的护理服务后其满意度与疾病治愈率。结果两组患者经过相应的护理服务后,相应的疾病都得到了明显的改善,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为94%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为82%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在医院的临床护理工作中,采用优质化护理管理服务可以有效的提高患者治疗的有效率,是一种有效的辅助性疾病治疗手段,值得临床推广与应用。Objective Discussion on the practical application effect of high quality nursing management service in clinical treatment of hospital.Methods Methods the January 2014 to 2015 September in my hospital treatment and hospitalization of patients 100 cases as the object of study, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each, experimental group with high quality nursing service management. The control group received routine nursing service, comparison and analysis of two groups of patients after the corresponding nursing service satisfaction and disease cure rate. Results Two groups of patients after the corresponding nursing service, corresponding disease have been signifi cantly improved, the treatment of patients in the experimental group total effi ciency was 94%, the control group of patients with treatment total effi ciency was 82%, the difference was statistically signifi cant（P0.05）.Conclusion In the hospital clinical nursing work,The use of high quality nursing management services can effectively improve the effi ciency of the treatment of patients, Is an effective method for the treatment of AIDS,It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
