摘　　要：以保障房融资模式为切入点,分析各种融资渠道的特点及适用性,根据不同保障性住房类型选择融资模式组合,并针对融资实践中存在的问题提出及相关建议,以期使各融资渠道相互配合,共享资源,充分发挥优势,改善融资困境。Taking the affordable housing financing model as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the characteristics and applicability of various financing channels,selects the financing combination according to the different types of affordable housing. Aiming at the existing problems in financing practice,puts forward the countermeasures,in order to make the financing channels cooperate with each other to improve the financing difficulties.
