基于创新的新型智库建设标准化及管理路径研究

摘　　要：分析当前新型智库加速期早功能定位、区域和类型发展不均衡、缺乏准入和管理规范、人才体系缺失、配套支持滞后等制约因素。通过标准化理论切入,结合案例探讨新型智库建设标准化的可行性及设立的原则。并通过推进智库联盟及行业协会、破解智库支持体系建构中的壁垒以及对智库要素进行规范和监督进行管理路径的探讨,促进新型智库标准化的实现及创新力的提升。Analysis of the current development of a new type of think tank early functional orientation,regional and type development is not balanced,lack of access and management norms,lack of talent system,supporting the lag and other constraints.Through the standardization of the theory,combined with the case to explore the feasibility of the construction of a new think tank and the establishment of the principle of standardization.And by promoting the think tank alliance and industry associations,think tank break support barriers of the system construction and the think tank elements of regulation and supervision of the path management discussion,in order to promote the new think tank standardized implementation and innovation.
