摘　　要：基础研究向国防领域转化应用是当今的时代主题。在"大科学"背景下,尽管各类基础研究的转化流程不尽相同,但大体上离不开以下几个方面:基础研究成果、人才队伍、经费物资、转化机制、科技体制与政策环境。从了解每一个要素的内涵开始,试图分析在基础研究向武器装备转化时,各要素之间相互制约、相互影响的作用机理,为认准转化方向、提高转化效率提供理论支持。The transformation of basic research to national defence area is the theme of era.Under the backgroud of＂big science＂,all kinds of transformation processes are different,although they generally depend on the following aspects：basic research,working team,funds and materials,transformation mechanism,the science and technology system and policy environment.This paper starts from exploring the connotation of each element,trying to analysis their mutual constraint and mutual influence during the transformation from basic research to national defense,in order to provide theory support for the right dirction and the higher efficience of the transformation.
