摘　　要：高校教师的科技成果令人瞩目,但科技成果转化情况不尽如人意,表明科研和市场存在着相当程度的脱节,反映出科技平台层次水平亟待提升,科技成果转化信息传播空间有待拓展,科技成果评价与激励机制尚需调整,科技成果与市场需求不相适应。对高校科技成果和转化情况进行了分析,指出了存在的问题和产生的原因,结合某高校科技成果转化的实践,提出了通过科技平台与科技传播方式,推进高校科技成果转化的对策以及成果转化的一些具体措施,强调手机报在科技成果转化中的积极作用。Although the teachers＇ scientific and technological achievements are remarkable in colleges and universities,the transformation situation is quite unsatisfactory,which shows that a considerable disjunction exists between scientific research and the market.The situation also reflects that the level of technological platform needs to be promoted,information communication space of scientific achievements＇ transformation requires more development,assessment and incentive mechanism of scientific and technological achievements need adjustment,and the achievements remain inappropriate with market requirements.The paper not only analyses the situation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,points out the existing problems with the causes,but also proposes some specific measures of scientific transformation achievements in colleges and universities though technological platform and science communication based on the transformation practice of a university,thus emphasizing the mobile phone newspapers＇ positive effects in the transformation of scientific achievements.
