中国区域技术转移的回波扩散效应研究

摘　　要：在比较分析中国区域技术交易金额趋势特征的基础上,测算回波扩散效应指数,并构建计量模型探析区域技术转移回波扩散效应及其影响因素。研究表明,中国区域技术转移总体上呈现回波效应,部分区域存在明显扩散效应;回波扩散效应受知识吸收能力、经费投入强度、科技进步环境、相对经济发展水平和高新技术企业数等因素影响,且不同因素在不同区域的作用效果存在异质性。On the basis of comparatively analyzing the characteristics of the trend about regional technology transaction amount in China.Measuring of spread and backwash effect index.Researching for the regional technology transfer＇s spread and backwash effect and it＇s influence factors by use the method of construct econometric model.Proposing that backwash effect appears in general areas of China,while the obvious spread effect exists in few areas.The spread and backwash effect is influenced by knowledge absorption ability,fund input intensity,scientific and technological progress environment,the level of relative economic development,and the number of high-tech enterprises,etc.And the effect of different factors in different regions is varied.
