沿海欠发达地区与海上丝绸之路国家科技资源整合与产业发展路径研究

摘　　要：目前,我国正处于经济社会整体转型升级的过渡时期,沿海地区总体发展良好,但随着改革开放程度的进一步扩大,城市间的发展差距也在逐渐加大,同时我国目前正朝均衡发展的方向迈进。经济落后地区成为了我国经济转型、发展的重要解决问题之一,同时转变欠发达地区的经济发展模式,提高经济发展潜能,也是缩小城市间发展不平衡的重要手段和途径。将围绕我国发展海上丝绸之路的战略背景,从沿海欠发达地区入手,研究科技资源整合的意义和实现我国产业转型升级的方式和途径,为进一步推进我国沿海欠发达地区发展,完善我国地区间均衡发展,指导我国沿海欠发达地区转型。at present,our country is in overall social and economic transformation and upgrading of the transition period,the overall development of coastal area is good,but with the further expansion of reform and openness,the development gap between cities also gradually increased,also in our country are now heading in the balanced development of the direction.Economically backward regions become one of China＇s economic transformation and development of the important problems to solve,and into the under developed areas of economic development mode,improve economic development potential,but also reduce the important means and ways for urban development is not balanced.This article will focus on the strategic background of our country development of the maritime Silk Road,from less developed coastal region to start,the significance of research on the integration of scientific and technological resources and implementation industry of our country play in the path of the transformation and upgrading of the ways and means,in order to further promote China＇s coastal development in less developed regions,improve the balanced development of region of our country,guiding China＇s coastal less developed areas in transition,.
