摘　　要：产业联动需要科技金融的支持,用科技创新推动第二产业产业结构调整。围绕国内外发展现状、科技金融和第二市场联动发展的不足、二者相互关系三个角度进行了深度探讨,并给出了相关建议。此外,运用近6年的统计数据建立合理的计量模型,进行了初步的分析。Industrial linkage needs the support of science and technology finance,with scientific and technological innovation to promote the second industrial structure adjustment.In this paper,the development status of the domestic and foreign,science and technology finance and the second market linkage development,the two aspects of the relationship between the three angles were discussed,and gives the relevant recommendations.In addition,the use of statistical data in the past six years to establish a reasonable measurement model,apreliminary analysis.
