摘 要:发育性髋关节发育不良是早期髋关节活动受限、骨性关节炎的主要病因之一。其早期诊断及影像学评估对于疾病进展描述及治疗方案选择意义重大。X线平片简便易行,是DDH诊断、分型及术前设计的主要手段。CT平扫及三维重建的应用能全面显示髋关节的立体形态及各部位结构的空间关系,使DDH病理解剖、关节形态及手术效果的评估更为准确有效。考虑其髋臼侧病理结构较为复杂,该文拟针对成人发育性髋关节发育不良髋臼侧的影像学评估进展及应用前景作一综述。Developmental dysplasia of the hip is regarded as a common cause of early limited mobility and secondary hip osteoarthritis, whose early - stage diagnosis and radiographic assessments are of great significance in anatomical abnormality recognization and therapeutic opinions. According to the simple and feasible characteristic, X plain remains to be the main meth- od in diagnosis, classification and pre - operative planning of dysplastic hips. The application of computed tomography scans and three - dimensional reconstruction can display the morphology and anatomical structure of spatial relations of the hip joint com- prehensively, which accordingly contributes to a more accurate and reliable acetabular assessment in pathoanatomic structure, acetabular morphology and surgical efficacy. In consideration of the complex acetabular pathoanatomy, this research aims to sum- marize the advances and envisioned prospects of radiographic assessments in the acetabular morphology of developmental dysplasia in adults.
