摘 要:白马600 MWe超临界循环流化床锅炉是我国第一台超临界循环流化床锅炉,也是世界上在役运行最大容量的循环流化床锅炉。分析了该锅炉炉内温度分布、主蒸汽参数以及污染物排放随负荷的变化。研究发现,炉内温度沿高度方向分布呈现出两头高、中间低的特点,且密相区温度不随负荷的变化而变化,而稀相区温度随负荷的增大而升高。在锅炉的滑压运行范围内,锅炉的主蒸汽温度稳定在570℃左右,而主蒸汽压力随负荷的增大而增大。当负荷低于495 MPa时,锅炉处于亚临界状态运行。主要污染物的排放随负荷的变化呈现出不同的特点。SO_2的排放浓度随负荷的增大先减小后增大,NO_x的排放浓度随负荷的增大有轻微地增大,而颗粒物的排放浓度随负荷的增大显著地降低。Baima 600 MWe super-critical Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler is the first super- critical Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler in China, and the largest Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler in the world now. This paper analyzes the temperature distribution in the furnace, the main steam parameters, and the pollutant emission at different boiler loads. It is found that the axial temperature distribution has the characterization of high temperature in the bottom and upper, low temperature in the middle. The temperature in the dense phase is about 850~ 950 ~C, and it does not change with the load. However the temperature in the dilute phase increases with the load. The boiler operation is under the slipping pressure state between 375 MWe and 600 MWe. The temperature of the main steam is about 570 ~C, and the pressure of the main steam increases with the increase of load. Different characteristics of the main pollutions emission have been identified. The emission concentration of SO2 decreases at first with the increase of load, then increases. The emission concentration of NOx increases marginally with the increase of load. An evident decreasing trend is found for the emission concentration of particulate matter.
