摘  要:模拟分析了四角切圆锅炉燃用无烟煤时NO_x的排放特性。采用浓淡分离器对三次风进行浓淡分离,预测了浓、淡三次风从燃烧器不同高度进入炉膛,对炉内NO_x生成的影响。模拟结果表明:三次风对炉内NO_x生成有重要影响,将分离后的浓淡三次风下移喷入炉内,配合增大燃尽风风量,可使炉膛出口NO_x降到500mg/m3以下。Numerical Simulation has been done for NOx emission characteristics in tangentially pulverized boiler with anthracite. After the rich/lean separation of tertiary air, NOx emission was predicted for rich/lean nozzle of tertiary air at different burner height. The simulation results show that NOx emission is important impacted by the tertiary air. NOx emission is significantly dropped to 500 mg/m3 with nozzles of rich and lean tertiary air at low burner height with increased SOFA.
