基于模糊物元的安徽省区域物流能力评价研究

摘　　要：区域物流能力是在一定时期内,区域内部的各个物流服务主体通过合理运用自身的资源,向区域内部和区域外部的物流需求主体提供物流服务的能力。构建区域物流能力评价指标体系,利用模糊物元模型,从时间和空间上对安徽省的区域物流能力进行实证分析,发现安徽省的区域物流能力逐年提高,但增速渐渐放缓,且空间上发展不均衡,整体水平较差。Regional logistics ability means all logistics service below to the area subjects’ability to offer logistics service to logistics demand subjects in regional and non -regional area over a period of time.The paper has constructed a regional logistics capability evaluation index system,and made an empirical analysis on Anhui province’s regional logistics ability in the time and space dimension by fuzzy matter-element model.It found that the regional logistics ability has been lifting year by year,but the growth rate has been slowing down and is disequilibrium in space dimension,and integral level is weak.
