摘　　要：目前我国物流保险制度正处于飞速发展和新旧交织过渡阶段,其中航空物流保险面临新的挑战。本文从法律层面、保险制度两个层面对我国航空物流保险制度的执行现状及其问题、成因进行了深入探讨,并分析了导致我国航空物流保险市场中投保与保险之间矛盾的两个原因。提出了借鉴海运保赔保险机制,完善航空物流责任保险以及多方主体共同参与航空物流保险等具体措施,旨在解决航空物流责任保险存在的难题。At present,China’s logistics insurance system is in transition from the traditional to the modern stage,so it does to the development of aviation logistics insurance.In this paper,the status and the problems of the implementation of the aviation logistics insurance are deeply discussed from the aspects of law and insurance mechanism.And then two causes of the conflict between the insured and the insurance in China’s aviation logistics insurance market are analyzed.A mode of comprehensive liability insurance clauses and some practical measures on constructing win -win marker system are proposed to solve the problems of the liability insurance on aviation logistics.
