摘　　要：随着消费者消费需求更加个性化、时尚化和现代化,推动家电产品的更新换代不断加快,人们在享受现代科技带来的舒适生活的同时困于更新所带来的废旧产物也不断增加。然而一方面废旧家电的逆向物流成本较高,再加工再处理的难度较大,废旧物中有害物质的处理工艺较难以及相关的专业人才匮乏等特点,导致废旧家电逆向物流寸步难行。文中在分析国内外废旧家电逆向物流现状的基础上,结合国内外学者有关于企业逆向物流的研究,通过分析每种废旧家电逆向物流模式的优缺点和使用范围,为家电制造业逆向物流的实施提供一定的借鉴。As the modern consumers’concept of consumption turned to be personalized,fashionized and modernized,push the generational changes of household electrical appliances increase sharply,and people enjoy modern technology bringing the comfortable life of electrical appliances,while distress the renewal brought the incremental wastes.However the high cost of reverse logistics of waste household appliances,the hardship of reprocessing,the difficulties of treatment techniques of harmful substances in the wastes material and lack of professional talents,make reverse logistics of waste household appliances hard to move single step.This paper states based on the analysis of present domestic and overseas situation of revers logistics of waste household appliances,combining relevant domain scholars’ research,and by the indication of the advantages,disadvantages and range of application of each mode of reverse logistics of waste household appliances,provide certain reference on the implementation of reverse logistics of home appliance.
