摘　　要：在如今的市场竞争中,时间已然成为影响企业竞争成败的重要因素之一,供应链之间的竞争已然变成为时间的竞争,提前期作为供应链的时间因素,对于提前期的控制就显得尤为重要。文中通过说明提前期的可控性以及分析控制提前期所造成的额外成本,构建了在缺货成本存在并且缺货分为缺货补充和缺货损失两种情况下的可控提前期库存模型,并进行数值分析。In today’s competitive market,time has already become one of the important factors affecting the success or failure of the enterprise competition,competition between the supply chain competition has already become thecompetition of time.Lead time as the time factor of the supply chain,for the early period of control is particularly important.The advance of controllability and control analysis of early stage caused by the extra cost,construct and stock points for two out of stock out of stock supplement and loss of controllable lead time inventory model,and numerical analysis in presence of shortage cost.
